后院独立 ADU（800 sf）

同一个项目还包括后院一栋新建的单层独立 ADU，约 800 平方英尺（约 25′ × 32′）：主卧带步入式衣柜和独立卫生间，另有第二间卧室、第二间卫生间，客厅与厨房开放相连、斜顶挑高，入口为内凹的转角小门廊。图纸采用 4:12 坡度的双坡屋顶、轻质水泥瓦，外墙为浅灰色灰泥。
